Connect the temperature sensor to the computer. Refer to Technical Hints to connect the temperature sensor.

Measure and record the air temperature with the temperature sensor. You will need to wait a little while until the measurement stops changing. Refer to Technical Hints to record a single measurement.

Measure and record your arm temperature. Hold the temperature sensor against your skin with your finger. You will need to wait a little while until the temperature stops changing. Refer to Technical Hints to record a single measurement.
ARM TEMPERATURE =

If there are several students sharing a sensor, measure and record each student's skin temperature. Refer to Technical Hints to record a single measurement. What do you notice? Calculate the biggest difference you can find.

Measure and record the air again. It may take a while for the temperature sensor to return to room temperature. Refer to Technical Hints to record a single measurement.
